Get ready to ace our application and land your dream job.

Review the questions in advance.

Before you start filling out the form, take some time to read through the questions carefully. This will help you understand what information is being asked for so you can gather them first to save time and avoid the hassle later.

Take your time.

Don’t rush through the forms. Read the instructions carefully and think about how to best answer the questions and provide the correct information and in the correct format. This will also help you avoid making careless mistakes.

Be specific.

When answering the questions, be as specific as possible. This will help us get a better understanding of your skills and how you can help our clients. It would be great if you can briefly relate a work experience, too.

DO NOT apply to each and every job role.

It's not a good use of your time, and it won't increase your chances of getting hired. Instead, take some time to research the roles that you're actually interested in and tailor your application accordingly. You'll be much more likely to stand out from the crowd.

Do not recycle answers.

We're pretty good at spotting generic applications. We receive hundreds of them every day and we can tell when someone hasn't taken the time to read our job description or tailor their answers to the role. So if you want to avoid getting auto-failed, make sure you do your research and put some effort into your application.

Read the job application carefully.

This seems like an obvious step but we can’t stress enough the importance of this step. We’ve observed that most applicants actually skip this — you may have scanned through the details but we do encourage you to go back and reread what the role entails and ESPECIALLY look at any special instructions. This could be what makes or breaks your application.

Check your responses for errors.

Proofread your answers before clicking submit! Watch out from grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors. An error-free application is more likely to be looked at than one full of easily avoidable mistakes.

Tidy your social media profiles.

Keep your info updated and consider removing anything objectionable on your feed. That means deleting posts or comments that might not reflect well on you. It’s common for potential clients to look at your profile to know something about the person they are hiring so it’s a good idea to be aware of and control the image of yourself online.

Have someone review your application.

Thousands of candidates are applying for jobs daily and you want yours to stand out. Having a second pair of eyes review your application and resume can make a big difference. Take our word for it!
