We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Virtual Sales Closer to join a remote team, a UK-based cooling solutions company. Since we don’t have time to provide training, we need someone ready to hit the ground running - a closer who can confidently manage leads, advance conversations, and close deals independently.
Work Hours:POTENTIAL TASKS

Reach out to leads or inbound enquiries via phone, email or chat.

Qualify leads, handle objections, and guide prospects through the sales process.

Close sales and process orders for UK-based customers.

Manage and update CRM with lead status, client details, and sales outcomes.

Follow up with prospects and existing leads to nurture and convert sales.

Report daily/weekly sales activity and performance metrics.

Coordinate with whichever internal team is handling fulfillment or hand-off (as needed).
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

Proven experience in sales - ideally remote sales, telesales, or lead closing.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with a clear, professional tone suitable for UK clients.

Ability to work independently, follow scripts, and manage leads without hand-holding.

Confidence in handling objections, advancing conversations, and closing sales.

Reliable internet connection and stable remote work setup (home office or equivalent).

Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to quickly adapt to new tools.

Self-motivation, strong time-management, and discipline to work remotely with minimal supervision.
