This is a remote telesales role focused on converting warm leads into clinic appointments. You’ll speak with individuals who have already expressed interest in the client's services. Your role is to understand their needs, provide helpful information, and get them booked in with the right therapist. No cold calling required.

POTENTIAL TASKS
Lead Appointment Setting
- Speak with inbound and outbound warm leads to assess needs and book appointments.
Sales Support
- Follow up on leads, record outcomes in CRM, maintain detailed call logs.
Communication
- Handle phone, email, and message-based enquiries professionally and warmly.
Initiative
- Spot ways to improve conversion rates or customer experience, suggest improvements.
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure follow-through on tasks.
