We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to redesign and improve the user experience across the groupâs platforms, including internal tools (CRM, DMS, operations/logistics, call systems) and customer-facing journeys (web). You will work closely with the product owner and development teams to simplify complex workflows into clear, intuitive user flows and high-fidelity designs, and support implementation through clean handoff and collaboration.

ÂPOTENTIAL TASKS
- Translate real operational processes into user journeys; identify friction points and usability issues across platforms; propose practical UX improvements.
- Create user flows, low-to-mid fidelity wireframes, and interaction patterns for complex dashboards and operational workflows.
- Build high-fidelity UI designs and clickable prototypes in Figma; establish reusable components and consistent patterns across platforms.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to prioritise UX improvements; collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation; provide design specs and feedback during build.
- Maintain consistent UI/UX standards across multiple tools/products; review releases against designs and support iterative improvements.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Expert-level Figma capability (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping).
- Experience designing dashboards, operational workflows, and internal platforms (not just marketing pages).
- Strong user-centred design thinking; ability to simplify complex processes into clear journeys.
- Confident communicating design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders; can handle feedback and iterate quickly.
- Practical, build-aware approach; can create designs that translate cleanly to development.
