We are looking for a creative, highly organized Virtual Assistant to support social media, blog content, website updates, and content systems for a growing boutique travel brand. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in both writing and visual presentation, and who can adapt closely to an established founder voice.

This is not a churn-and-post role. The right person will work from existing source material, personal travel content, blog archives, brand guidelines, and a large curated photo library to create content that feels personal, polished, and aligned with the business. Writing quality is especially important, and AI must be used carefully and only within clear limits.

Rate:

⭐6 USD per hour
 

We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever.

You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way.

 

POTENTIAL TASKS

Social Media Content Creation & Account Management

  • Create and schedule 4 posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (both reels and stills)
  • Adapt content appropriately for each platform, especially LinkedIn as the top business-growth platform
  • Write captions and posts that match the founder’s tone and voice
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages where appropriate, and flag important client inquiries

Blog Content Creation & Management

  • Write and publish 1–3 blog posts per month in Wix
  • Format blog content clearly and professionally
  • Ensure blog posts sound polished, articulate, and aligned with the founder’s voice
  • Monitor comments and blog engagement, and escalate any important interactions

Scheduling, Publishing & Calendar Support

  • Maintain and organize the content calendar
  • Schedule content accurately using Buffer or a similar affordable scheduling tool
  • Ensure all posts go live correctly and on time
  • Prepare content early enough for the client to review before publishing

Image & Content Sourcing

  • Source images and videos from the founder’s personal travel library, iCloud, external drive, and approved sources
  • Work carefully within copyright and licensing rules
  • Use AI image generation only when appropriate and within brand/SOP boundaries
  • Sort through a large photo library and select content that fits the required style and message

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Prior experience creating content for a service-based or lifestyle brand
  • Strong LinkedIn content understanding
  • Familiarity with Wix, CapCut, and CRM-style systems
  • Personal travel experience that helps with destination-based content
  • SEO fundamentals and website content optimization experience
  • Ability to repurpose existing source material into fresh content
  • Experience working closely with a founder or personal brand
