We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing VA who can client’s brand is consistently positioned as high-quality, polished, and professional across digital channels. This role emphasizes social media management, graphic design, and content scheduling, with PPC experience as a nice-to-have but not essential.
The right candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent English communication, and the ability to execute content within pre-set mentorship frameworks while tailoring everything to appeal to a sophisticated, affluent audience.

POTENTIAL TASKS
- Plan and execute posting schedules for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram; ensure consistent branding and tone.
- Create polished graphics and video snippets suitable for an ultra-high-net-worth audience. Maintain a sleek, corporate aesthetic rather than generic templates.
- Queue posts at optimal times using scheduling tools; write and refine captions to be engaging yet professional.
- Monitor comments and ensure Matt’s online presence remains professional and approachable.
- Assist with ad setup and monitoring if experienced, though not a core requirement.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Strong portfolio of graphics and social media content (non-negotiable)
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Ability to adapt design style for a sophisticated/affluent audience
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to execute instructions with minimal oversight
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Meta/LinkedIn/Google Ads
- Video editing for short social media clips
