We are seeking a sharp, organised Social Media VA to act as the operational backbone of the client’s content engine. This is not a “post pretty pictures” role — you will help turn content strategy into consistent daily output by managing the pipeline from raw footage → edited videos → scheduled posts, while keeping Google Drive, templates, and visual assets structured, accessible, and tidy.

POTENTIAL TASKS

  • Edit talking-head videos (trim, captions, pacing, light transitions) following the client’s style guidelines.
  • Schedule daily content across TikTok + Instagram; manage the posting calendar and ensure consistent output.
  • Create and maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and an organised content library (raw footage, edits, final exports, templates).
  • Build reusable templates for recurring content types (carousels, reels, newsletters) to increase speed and consistency.
  • Design on-brand, conversion-focused newsletters and landing pages in Canva (clean, direct-response style; no fluff).
  • Create carousel posts and graphics that match the client’s direct, provocative style.
  • Maintain tidy systems: file management, asset libraries, version control, and ensuring all assets are easy to locate and reuse.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (drive structure, naming conventions, version control)
  • Confident editing talking-head videos in CapCut and/or VMake (captions, pacing, light transitions)
  • Experience scheduling and maintaining consistent posting across TikTok + Instagram
  • Strong Canva execution (templates, carousels, clean conversion-led layouts)
  • Comfortable operating at high output (supporting a 3x daily posting cadence)
  • Reliable, proactive, process-driven — keeps the pipeline moving without constant follow-up
  • Direct-response / conversion-led creator support experience
  • Experience building a content pipeline (raw → edit → scheduled → posted) and preventing bottlenecks
  • Ability to support LinkedIn posting as the channel is added
