POTENTIAL TASKS

Content Creation & Design

• Create branded graphics, carousels, testimonials and promotional visuals in Canva
• Develop platform-ready content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
• Write captions aligned with client’s tone and brand voice
• Assist with basic repurposing of long-form content into short-form clips (advanced editing is a bonus but not required)
• Generate content ideas based on trends, conversations and audience insights

Content Scheduling & Platform Management

• Manage weekly and monthly content calendars
• Upload and publish content consistently across platforms
• Optimise posts per platform (formatting, captions, hashtags, trends)
• Track performance and highlight high-performing content

Community Engagement & Member Support

• Respond promptly and naturally to comments across all pages and groups
• Welcome new members and send personalised DMs
• Tag members into relevant trainings or videos
• Celebrate member wins, progress and achievements
• Engage in relevant Facebook groups to increase brand visibility
• Identify questions, pain points and opportunities among members

Lead Guidance & CRM Assistance

• Direct members to the correct product or solution based on their needs
• Identify warm leads and flag them to the internal team
• Maintain CRM accuracy in LeadZilla (names, emails, tags, notes)
• Prevent duplicates and keep leads updated

Event Support & Promotion

• Create and schedule events inside Skool and Facebook Groups
• Generate Zoom links and post reminders, countdowns and graphics
• Repost recorded content from Vimeo and create simple Loom walkthroughs

Social Proof & Testimonials

• Share Growth Club and Inner Circle success stories
• Highlight website launches, rebrands, transformations and wins
• Upload and distribute testimonials across platforms

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

• Strong written English and confidence matching a brand voice
• Canva design experience and basic content creation skills
• Experience managing social media accounts and Facebook Groups
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Fast, stable internet and daily communication
• Comfortable engaging with members through comments and messages
• Basic understanding of content trends and audience behaviour

Preferred But Not Required

• Video editing experience (basic or advanced)
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
• Previous community management or moderation experience
• Experience with podcast clipping or promotional editing
• Familiarity with trades or service-based industries
