As the Senior Travel Operations & Itinerary Executive, you are the backbone of a premier luxury travel experience. You don’t just manage bookings; you curate dreams. Your mission is to transform complex logistics into seamless, high-end adventures, ensuring every detail - from the private transfer to the pillow menu - is executed with flawless precision. You are the bridge between the world’s most exclusive suppliers and our discerning clientele, turning a vision of luxury into a lived reality.

Rate:

⭐7 GBP per hour

We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever.You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way. 

POTENTIAL TASKS

  • Itinerary Design: Crafting visually stunning, bespoke travel schedules.

  • Supplier Liaison: Negotiating and confirming details with global luxury partners.

  • Booking Mastery: Managing end-to-end reservations for flights, hotels, and tours.

  • Client Concierge: Responding to high-level requests via WhatsApp and email.

  • Quality Control: Vetting all pre-departure packs for 100% accuracy.

  • Financial Tracking: Monitoring payment deadlines, margins, and commercial terms.

  • System Management: Keeping the CRM and internal workflows perfectly updated.
