We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Lead Generation & Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our growing real estate business. This role focuses on generating buyer and seller leads through LinkedIn outreach, managing follow-up communications, setting appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional in communication, and comfortable building relationships through social media and direct messaging.Ā

POTENTIAL TASKS
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, task coordination, and other operational duties asĀ required.Ā
- Organize digital files, documents, and databases whileĀ ensuring thatĀ information isĀ accurateĀ and properlyĀ maintained.Ā Ā
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and lead generation summaries to track outreach performance and business activity.Ā Ā
- Manage email inboxes, respond to routine inquiries, and escalate important communications when necessary.Ā Ā
- Monitor lead pipelines and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities.Ā Ā
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.Ā Ā
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and discoveryĀ callĀ for the real estate agent/team and manage calendar coordination.Ā Ā
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their real estate needs and determine qualification status.Ā Ā
- Conduct daily outreach activities, including connection requests, direct messages, and follow-up communications to generate qualified leads.Ā Ā
- Identify and research potential real estate buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners through LinkedIn and other online platforms.Ā Ā
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.Ā
- Experience with email outreach and follow-up campaigns.Ā Ā
- Appointment-setting and lead qualification experience.Ā Ā
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes and terminology.Ā Ā
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Ā Ā

- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.Ā Ā

- PreviousĀ experience in real estate, sales, or virtualĀ assistanceĀ is preferred.Ā
