We are hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of outbound marketing, lead generation activity, and key marketing systems. This role is centered on marketing operations, campaign execution, CRM management, and project coordination.

We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever.
You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way.
POTENTIAL TASKS
HubSpot CRM Ownership
- Manage and optimize the prospect side of HubSpot CRM; maintain data hygiene; build and improve marketing automations; absorb and apply best practice; support targeted campaigns to the Dream 1000 prospect list
Traffic & Lead Generation
- Support and manage marketing initiatives that drive traffic and leads, including paid online advertising, lead magnet campaigns, promoting the MSP Price Guide product, and supporting awareness of MSP Minute
Seminar Marketing
- Deliver campaigns that help fill UK seminar events and drive registrations
Marketing Project Management
- Manage delivery of new marketing initiatives such as CustomGPT training initiatives, the Price Guide retention funnel, and new campaign launches; keep projects moving and make sure deadlines are met
Campaign Coordination
- Work alongside the wider team to support campaign setup, execution, follow-through, and performance monitoring
Systems & Process Support
- Help maintain and improve marketing systems and workflows so lead generation activity runs smoothly and consistently
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Experience in a marketing management, marketing operations, or similar campaign-focused role
- Experience working with a CRM system; HubSpot preferred, though similar CRM experience is acceptable
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and keep initiatives on track
- Excellent attention to detail, especially around data, campaign execution, and following structured processes
- Strong written and spoken English; awareness of spelling differences between UK and US English
- Able to follow briefs, work within structured processes, and meet deadlines consistently
- Experience planning, managing, or supporting targeted paid online advertising is beneficial
- Familiarity with WordPress is beneficial
- Google Analytics experience is beneficial
- Fast, reliable computer/laptop with camera and sound for Zoom calls, plus stable high-speed internet connection
