We are looking for a full-time Property Management VA / Construction & Property Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the rental portfolio. This role sits at the front of the rental business, so the successful candidate must be comfortable communicating with tenants, lessees, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders in a clear, warm, and professional manner.

Rate:

⭐4 GBP per hour

We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever.You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way. 

POTENTIAL TASKS

  • Support the day-to-day management of the rental portfolio; help keep property-related tasks, updates, and records organized
  • Communicate with tenants, residents, lessees, and other stakeholders in a professional, personable, and confident manner
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers regarding maintenance, repairs, access, updates, and follow-ups
  • Support documentation, records, lease-related admin, compliance tracking, follow-ups, and general property processes
  • Monitor relevant emails and communications; ensure important updates are tracked and followed up
  • Help maintain CRM/task management systems such as Monday.com or similar; keep workflows, trackers, and records accurate
  • Support improvements to internal systems and workflows; help identify ways to make property operations more organized and efficient
  • Over time, support wider business areas including property development coordination, research, project tracking, and admin support
  • Provide light support with social media, digital admin, AI tools, and other modern systems where needed

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Prior experience within the property industry is required, whether in property management, development, leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, or similar
  • Must have enough practical understanding of tenants/residents, contractors, and general property processes to operate effectively in the role
  • Strong spoken and written English; confident, personable, and professional communication style
  • Comfortable dealing with residents, tenants, lessees, contractors, and stakeholders regularly
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, updates, and follow-ups without losing track of details
  • Proactive and able to move tasks forward, ask sensible questions, and follow through without needing constant supervision
  • Open to learning new responsibilities and growing beyond a narrowly defined property admin role
  • Experience using CRM, task management, or workflow tools such as Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, shared drives, email, online tools, and digital records
  • Some familiarity with AI tools and social media platforms is beneficial; expert-level experience is not required
  • Must be available full-time, aligned with UK hours, and able to commit exclusively to the role
