Work with a dynamic and supportive team of sailing enthusiasts helping others achieve their dream. We're looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing VA to support marketing, admin, and community engagement efforts. This role involves maintaining a cross-functional content calendar, posting and publishing approved content across socials and email lists, and managing automations in Group Track, ManyChat, and other platforms. ​

 Work Hours:

⭐ Full-time
⭐ Night shift, with flexibility on schedule

Rate:

⭐$5 USD per hour

POTENTIAL TASKS

Marketing Support

  • Maintain a cross-functional content calendar 
  • Post and publish approved content across socials and email lists 
  • Manage automations in Group Track, ManyChat, etc.

Admin & CRM Support

  •  Track KPIs via Excel and CRM dashboards
  •  Maintain ClickUp task boards 
  • Troubleshoot and maintain CRM workflows (GoHighLevel/CMM)

Community Engagement

  • Support engagement on socials and Discord 
  • Execute email sends
  •  Gather testimonials 
  • Monitor and report on funnel and campaign performance

Cross-Functional Tasks

  • Coordinate with Ops for program delivery 
  • Join strategy and team meetings 
  • Handle additional marketing/admin tasks as needed

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Detail-oriented and organized 

  • Customer-focused and collaborative 

  • Confident communicator in remote work settings

  • CRM and KPI-literate 

  • Marketing and content calendar familiarity 

  • Fluent in ClickUp 

  • Self-sufficient, adaptable, and solutions-focused

Ideal Experience

  • GoHighLevel/CMM CRM knowledge 
  • Social media content and community management
  • Data entry, KPI tracking, and funnel/email analytics 
  • Familiarity with Miro, Discord, UpCoach, ManyChat, Group Track, Hyros, FB & Google Ads (a plus) - VA or customer support experience in a digital business setting
