POTENTIAL TASKS
- Create and execute Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
- Build monthly content plans across social platforms (LinkedIn, IG, YouTube)
- Take charge of email marketing strategy — work with our automation VA to execute
- Track all metrics via Google Sheets dashboards
- Own the performance — test, improve, and optimize marketing output
- Brief our internal team for video, graphics, or copy when needed
- Present a 90-day plan and monthly reviews
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Experience running Facebook & Instagram Ads · Skilled in content strategy (social + YouTube)
- Email marketing experience (GoHighLevel is a bonus)
- Confident using Google Sheets for live dashboards
- Strong written English and content direction
- Project management skills — can brief creatives and manage timelines · Data-savvy — knows what good CTR, CPL, and ROI looks like
