This is a hands-on marketing leadership role requiring someone who is both the organiser and the doer - someone who takes action, executes campaigns, solves problems and proactively improves everything they touch.

POTENTIAL TASKS

CRM Ownership (Monday.com – experience preferred)

  • Full ownership of the CRM including segmentation, automations, workflows and data hygiene.
  • Build nurture journeys, follow-ups, renewal reminders and review-generation workflows.
  • Ensure leads have correct attribution. Maintain dashboards for CAC, ROAS, CPL and conversion rates.

Driving New Sales Through Marketing Channels (Top Priority)

  • Generate inbound B2B enquiries through clear, targeted marketing. Execute email, SMS and leaflet campaigns that convert into sales opportunities.
  • Improve the website and funnels to increase conversion rates.
  • Rapidly test headlines, CTAs, formats and outreach methods.
  • Strengthen positioning, messaging and value communication.
  • Prioritise commercial impact over vanity metrics.
  • Identify where customers spend time and create targeted approaches to reach them.

Content Strategy, Facilitation & Distribution

  • Research trending/relevant topics for the CEO to record.
  • Keep the CEO accountable for recording on schedule.
  • Distribute and upload content across platforms.
  • Manage YouTube channel (SEO, thumbnails, descriptions).
  • Manage podcast distribution (organisation and scheduling).
  • Upload blogs, newsletters and vlogs to the website.
  • Create and manage a monthly content calendar with weekly reviews.

Direct B2B Marketing (Offline & Online)

  • Design and test leaflets with strong CTAs, QR codes and tracking links.
  • Manage leaflet drops and postal campaigns.
  • Produce brochures, one-page service menus, sales collateral and simple marketing packs.
  • Create event materials including exhibition banners, backboards and signage.
  • Improve physical and digital materials to support sales activity.

Website Ownership & Conversion Optimisation

  • Manage and update the website, keeping content fresh and accurate.
  • Improve CTAs, funnels and user experience.
  • Upload blogs, case studies and marketing content.
  • Test layouts and messaging to increase conversion rates.

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Set up UTMs, QR codes, tracking sheets and dashboards.
  • Report weekly on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Track CAC, ROAS, CPL and conversion metrics with accuracy.
  • Recommend channel improvements and new opportunities based on data.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Iterate and improve workflows, systems and marketing processes.
  • Enhance branding and positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Create SOPs for campaigns, tracking, CRM and content distribution.
  • Bring new ideas and best practices to improve how the business operates.

Review & Reputation Management

  • Manage the Google review strategy as a primary KPI.
  • Build automated review workflows and follow-up systems.
  • Grow the number of 5-star reviews monthly.
  • Highlight reviews in marketing materials and digital platforms.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Proven marketing experience (startup or service-based ideal).
  • Highly proactive and self-driven, able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (UK English preferred).
  • Comfortable analysing data and reporting on performance.
  • Strong Canva/design skills for marketing assets.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Monday.com preferred).
  • Creative thinker who enjoys building systems and processes.

Ideal experience

  • Video editing experience preferred but not essential.
