We are looking for a Marketing Content Operations VA to support the monthly delivery of pre-written HR marketing content across client accounts.
This role is centered on content operations, platform management, client review coordination, scheduling, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will work across multiple tools and client platforms, follow documented SOPs, manage recurring deadlines, and help ensure content is prepared, reviewed, scheduled, and published accurately.
Success in this role means content is delivered on time, client-specific details are correct, schedules are properly managed, and mistakes are spotted before content goes live.

Rate:
⭐ 6 GBP per hour

You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way.
POTENTIAL TASKS
- Content Personalization & Management: Access monthly HR Marketing Box content and client schedules; personalize pre-written content for each client; update Canva templates using client logos, colors, and brand guidelines; apply approved amendments; upload content into Basecamp for client review
- Client Review Management: Send monthly content review emails using the company Gmail account; monitor client replies; track requested changes; send reminder emails; follow the internal chase process; escalate non-responsive clients or issues when required
- Website & Blog Management: Create website/blog drafts during the personalization stage; upload and schedule approved blog content; work mainly across WordPress, with other platforms such as Wix and Squarespace where required; check formatting, links, and scheduling accuracy
- Social Media Scheduling: Schedule LinkedIn company page content, LinkedIn personal profile content, newsletters, and articles; confirm all content is scheduled correctly and assigned to the correct client
- Email Marketing Scheduling: Schedule pre-written client email campaigns in platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and others; apply approved content and amendments; confirm campaigns are scheduled correctly
- Google Business Scheduling: Schedule Google Business posts through Publer; check dates, links, content assignment, and scheduling accuracy before publishing
- Access & Admin Support: Use shared LastPass vault to access client accounts; record login issues; escalate access problems; update Basecamp tasks; maintain client records; complete internal checklists; follow documented SOPs
- Quality Assurance: Check links, dates, times, formatting, client details, content assignment, personalization, and scheduling accuracy; spot and raise errors before content is published
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Experience in marketing admin, content coordination, or similar roles
- Familiar with content uploads, scheduling, and platform management
- Experience with CMS platforms (especially WordPress; Wix/Squarespace a plus)
- Comfortable editing Canva templates and applying client branding
- Experience scheduling content on LinkedIn (company pages, profiles, newsletters, articles) is helpful
- Familiar with email platforms like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign (mainly scheduling, not building campaigns)
- Able to work across multiple platforms and learn new tools quickly
- Follow SOPs, checklists, and client workflows accurately
- Strong attention to detail (names, links, dates, formatting, scheduling)
- Good written English for client emails, reminders, and follow-ups
- Reliable with monthly deadlines and managing multiple client accounts
- Able to work independently and raise issues when needed
- Has a fast, reliable computer and stable internet connection
