As KPI & Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be the person who keeps business metrics clear, accurate, and actionable. You’ll organize key financial and operational data across the company, maintain dashboards, reconcile revenue across systems, and help leadership understand what the numbers are saying. If you enjoy turning data into insight and helping teams make smarter decisions, this role will be incredibly rewarding.

Rate:

⭐ 6-8 USD per hour

You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way.

POTENTIAL TASKS

  • Reconcile CRM revenue with payment reports

  • Maintain projected vs actual revenue trackers

  • Monitor accounts receivable

  • Flag revenue discrepancies quickly

  • Prepare monthly revenue summary reports

  • Update weekly KPI dashboards

  • Track churn and retention metrics

  • Monitor MRR and revenue trends

  • Maintain coach performance dashboards

  • Track client tenure and retention rates

  • Log marketing spend by initiative

  • Track leads and revenue by source

  • Maintain marketing ROI dashboards

  • Generate 90-day and 6-month ROI reports

  • Audit CRM tags and lifecycle stages

  • Export clean CRM data for reporting

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Experience in subscription or recurring revenue businesses

  • Strong understanding of MRR, churn, and LTV

  • Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills

  • Experience reconciling revenue across systems

  • Familiar with CRM platforms (Keep / Infusionsoft or similar)

  • Comfortable reading P&L statements

  • Strong data organization and reporting skills

  • Extremely detail-oriented

  • Process-driven and organized

  • Financially literate

  • Proactive problem solver

  • Able to work independently

  • Calm, methodical work style

  • Protective of data accuracy

  • Comfortable asking clarifying questions
