This is a dynamic dual-role position combining Guest Management (Primary) and Sales & Business Development. You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience across a portfolio of serviced accommodation, while proactively driving direct sales through corporate outreach and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who is people-focused, commercially aware, and confident in both service and sales environments.

Rate:

⭐4 GBP per hour

We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever.You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way. 

POTENTIAL TASKS

  • Deliver exceptional guest communication daily
  • Manage bookings and guest journeys end-to-end
  • Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Coordinate across multiple properties and platforms
  • Maintain high response times and service quality
  • Build and manage corporate client relationships
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Follow up leads and convert enquiries into bookings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations
  • Keep systems and records accurate and updated

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Native-level English (written and spoken)

  • Clear, confident, and professional communication

  • Comfortable handling high message volumes

  • Strong phone presence and confidence

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality

  • Able to manage complaints calmly and effectively

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools

  • Confident using CRM, messaging, and booking platforms

  • Proactive and able to work independently

  • Comfortable with B2B outreach and relationship building

  • Sales mindset with commercial awareness

  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach (preferred)
