POTENTIAL TASKS
Ad & Email Graphics
- Design compelling graphics for paid Facebook and Instagram ads
- Create visual content for email campaigns and newsletters
- Use hierarchy and layout principles to guide viewer attention
- Adapt visuals for mobile and desktop formats
Social Media Content
- Design templates and post creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Follow platform-specific best practices for visual engagement
- Maintain consistency across posts while aligning with different brand tones
- Update graphics for seasonal campaigns, offers, and promotions
Branding & Visual Identity
- Follow established brand guidelines for each client
- Apply consistent fonts, color palettes, and design elements
- Ensure all visuals reflect the brand’s voice and aesthetic
- Help evolve visual identity with new creative ideas when requested
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
What We’re Looking For
- Strong design instincts and a solid eye for detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear communicator who responds promptly and professionally
- Capable of managing time well in a remote setup
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and visual styles
Ideal Experience
- At least 6 months of experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
- Familiarity with design for ads, emails, and social media content
- Basic understanding of brand consistency and marketing visuals
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience working with UK-based clients or within UK hours is a bonus
