We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Doctor Resourcer to support a recruitment team by finding, contacting, and qualifying suitable doctor candidates. The successful candidate will call through candidate databases, work from active recruitment briefs, identify doctors who match the required criteria, speak with them, and introduce suitable candidates to client/company recruiters.

Rate:
⭐ 3.5 GBP per hour
⭐ increasing to £4.00/hour once probation is passed.
⭐ Commission structure:
• £100 per candidate placed if sourced,
• £200 per placement if worked up and sourced,
• then potentially increasing to £400 or £500 after year 1 depending on the level of involvement.
We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever.
You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way.
POTENTIAL TASKS
- Call through candidate databases; work from active recruitment briefs; identify doctors who match the required criteria; build a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future roles
- Contact prospective doctor candidates by phone and other agreed channels
- Speak with candidates to understand their background, specialty, experience, interest, and suitability; gather the information needed before introducing them to a recruiter
- Keep candidate activity moving; support the recruitment team by providing accurate information and timely updates
- Follow up with candidates consistently; chase responses where needed; keep candidates engaged through the early stages of the recruitment process
- Maintain clear records of candidate activity; update trackers or systems accurately; keep notes organized and easy for the recruitment team to use
- Learn company’s recruitment process, medical specialties, and candidate requirements; study materials provided during onboarding; apply feedback quickly
- For the strongest performer, there may be scope to support CV preparation, candidate summaries, email submissions, and closer day-to-day recruitment support under guidance
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Strong spoken and written English; confident on calls; able to explain information clearly and professionally
- Comfortable speaking with candidates regularly; able to build rapport quickly and keep conversations focused
- Proactive, willing to follow up without being chased, and able to keep candidate activity moving independently
- Able to read, understand, and apply training materials; willing to study the sector and prepare properly before calls or interviews
- Target-driven, commercially motivated, and interested in a role with commission potential
- Able to capture candidate information accurately; careful with notes, records, and follow-up details
- Able to manage candidate lists, keep track of activity, and prioritize follow-ups effectively
- Comfortable with repeated outreach, rejection, and the need to stay consistent when working through candidate lists
- Able to work consistently during agreed hours; dependable attendance and communication
