As Personal & Business Support VA, you’ll be the right hand to a busy entrepreneur, helping manage day-to-day tasks across finances, properties, and family life. From managing accounts in Xero to handling property bills, liaising with HMRC, and booking appointments – your role is to make sure everything is organised, up to date, and flowing smoothly.

POTENTIAL TASKS
Finance & Admin Support
- Maintain accurate personal & business accounts (using Xero)
- Monitor penalty charges & resolve issues
- Track budgets, income & expenses
- Liaise with HMRC & Companies House for filings
- Manage business loan repayments & subscription reviews
- Communicate with bookkeepers, accountants & legal professionals
Property Management Support
- Coordinate with maintenance & letting agents
- Manage supplier contracts (utilities, internet, council tax)
- Review and recommend cost-saving opportunities
- Track payments & maintain organized records
- Ensure council tax exemptions are properly applied
- Set up and maintain a digital filing system
Personal & Family Support
- Manage calendars, inboxes & reminders
- Book holidays, personal events & appointments
- Support mortgage & refinancing research
- Handle health-related admin (claims, renewals, payments) · Weekly check-ins call to align priorities
- Assist with online orders, returns, and occasional personal tasks
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
