This is a digital marketing and CRM support role where you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the clinic’s lead generation, content creation, and campaign execution. You’ll help update the website, manage social media, and track client journeys in Pipedrive.

POTENTIAL TASKS
- Manage and update leads in Pipedrive, tag by campaign, track progress
- Run follow-up email campaigns for cold or inactive leads
- Create and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Assist with Meta and Google ad campaigns
- Track leads, conversion rates, click-throughs
- Write blog posts, emails, promotional content
- Update WordPress site and support SEO
- Help with PR, local media outreach, and clinic events
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and team events
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Strong written communication
- Keen interest in digital marketing, content, and advertising
- Familiar with Meta Suite, Google Docs/Sheets/Analytics, or willing to learn
- Any knowledge of Pipedrive is a bonus
- Bonus if familiar with Canva
- Bonus if familiar with WordPress
- Google Ads knowledge is a plus
- Reliable, organised, detail-oriented
