The Digital Growth Specialist Virtual Assistant will play a key role in launching the company’s digital presence. The position will begin with building a simple but professional website featuring two landing pages - one for investors and one for property sellers.

POTENTIAL TASKS

Website and Funnel Development

  • Build and design a professional website or landing pages using WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or a comparable platform.
  • Develop two primary lead journeys: one for investors and one for sellers.
  • Integrate lead capture forms and connect them to the CRM.
  • Conduct basic on-page SEO optimization and ensure website copy aligns with business goals.

CRM and Lead Management

  • Set up and maintain records within the FLG CRM or a similar system.
  • Organize and segment leads into investor and seller categories.
  • Assist with CRM setup, integration of lead sources, and documentation of workflows.
  • Participate in CRM setup calls when necessary.

Digital and Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, and potentially TikTok or LinkedIn.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and short-form videos aligned with the brand’s tone.
  • Maintain a simple content calendar and coordinate posting schedules.
  • Recommend improvements to increase engagement and visibility.

Copywriting and Outreach Materials

  • Draft direct-to-vendor letters for client printing and distribution.
  • Write short copy for landing pages, social media posts, and marketing emails.
  • Assist in producing leaflets and other promotional materials as needed.
  • Ensure all written content reflects a professional property business tone.

Advertising and Visibility Support

  • Assist in preparing and managing Meta (Facebook) or Google Ads campaigns.
  • Conduct basic audience targeting based on client objectives.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of ad performance.

Administrative and Marketing Support

  • Organize marketing assets, templates, and posting records.
  • Track and document content progress and approvals.
  • Maintain clear communication with the client and provide status updates regularly.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in building websites or landing pages (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for property or service-based businesses
  • CRM experience (FLG preferred; HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce experience acceptable)
  • Strong English writing and communication skills suitable for UK audiences
  • Proficiency in Canva or equivalent design software
  • Basic understanding of SEO and ad setup principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and propose creative solutions
  • Skills in basic video editing
