The Data Input Administrator is a contract role focused on the accurate and structured input of historical commercial data to support reporting, analysis, and operational decision-making. The primary responsibility of the role is to review previous quotations and record the data in a consistent, usable format. This work is critical to ensuring that historical pricing, volume, and deal information can be analyzed and leveraged effectively across commercial and operational teams.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a high level of diligence, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.

POTENTIAL TASKS
Data Review & Entry
- Review historical Habitat Bank quotations and associated documentation.
- Extract relevant commercial and operational data accurately and consistently.
- Input data into structured formats (primarily Google Sheets and internal systems) in line with defined data standards.
Data Quality & Validation
- Ensure all entered data is complete, accurate, and correctly categorized.
- Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or anomalies and flag them appropriately.
- Maintain a high standard of data integrity throughout the duration of the project.
Spreadsheet & File Management
- Work extensively with Google Sheets to input, organize, and validate data sets.
- Use formulas, filters, and structured templates to ensure data usability.
- Maintain clear version control and logical file structures.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Commercial Director and Operations Director to clarify data requirements and priorities.
- Provide regular progress updates on volumes completed and remaining workload.
- Adhere to agreed timelines and productivity expectations.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

Proven experience in data input, data administration, or data processing roles.

Extremely high attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Strong Google Sheets skills, including confident use of spreadsheets for large data sets.

Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
