We are looking for a Content & Funnel Operations Specialist to support the founder across content execution, funnel management, AI-assisted production, program operations, lead tracking, and process documentation.

This role is centered on operational execution, systems thinking, and proactive support. The successful candidate will help ensure that content is consistently published, funnels and lead capture systems are working smoothly, program resources are organized, and recurring workflows are documented and improved.

Work Hours:

Rate:

⭐6 GBP per hour

We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever.You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way. 

POTENTIAL TASKS

 

Content & Publishing

  • Support consistent posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email
  • Repurpose founder ideas (videos, voice notes, frameworks) into posts, captions, reels, carousels, and emails
  • Source B‑roll, stock footage, and brand‑aligned visuals
  • Edit short‑form videos using tools like CapCut
  • Maintain visual and messaging consistency

Content Workflow & Calendar

  • Turn one founder asset into multiple content formats
  • Organize content ideas into a clear publishing workflow
  • Help manage and maintain a content calendar
  • Ensure content is prepared, reviewed, scheduled, and published consistently

Funnels & Tech Support

  • Build and maintain landing pages and funnels (FG Funnels, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar)
  • Test forms, links, lead capture, booking flows, and email sequences
  • Monitor lead flow through funnels and CRM

AI & Automation

  • Use AI tools to speed up content creation, research, and documentation
  • Follow existing AI prompts and avatar/content systems
  • Help identify ways AI can reduce repetitive work and improve output

Programs & Onboarding

  • Support onboarding for Magniessence programs
  • Upload call recordings and organize replay libraries
  • Maintain program portals, resources, and participant access

Operations & SOPs

  • Create and maintain SOPs for recurring tasks
  • Document workflows for content, funnels, programs, and lead tracking
  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce founder dependency

Leads & Tracking

  • Maintain accurate lead trackers
  • Monitor assessments, call bookings, and program interest
  • Keep prospect and client data organized and visible

Project Support & Optimization

  • Proactively identify gaps, delays, or issues
  • Suggest improvements and flag when specialist support is needed
  • Keep projects and recurring tasks moving with minimal micromanagement

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Experience supporting content workflows, calendars, publishing, and repurposing for founders or personal brands
  • Familiar with FG Funnels, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar tools; understands basic funnel and lead flow
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up content, research, workflows, and documentation
  • Able to support short‑form video, reels, captions, hooks, B‑roll sourcing, and basic editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
  • Skilled at creating repeatable workflows, SOPs, and improving processes over time
  • Experience with online programs, portals, onboarding, replays, or communities preferred
  • Highly organized; able to manage content, funnels, program admin, and lead tracking
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable flagging issues or suggesting improvements
  • Strong written and spoken English; clear, reliable communicator
  • Dependable, consistent, deadline‑driven, and responsive
  • Able to maintain a polished, premium personal‑brand feel
  • Interested in long‑term growth and increased responsibility as the brand scales
