The CCTV Remote Operator will be responsible for live monitoring of camera feeds, identifying and reporting health and safety issues, fire safety risks, property damage, anti-social behaviour, or other incidents that may impact the safety of residents or the condition of properties.
The role requires high levels of concentration, attention to detail, clear reporting skills, and strong communication with UK-based operational teams.

POTENTIAL TASKS
CTV Monitoring
-
Monitor live CCTV camera feeds across a portfolio of residential properties in the UK.

Observe and identify potential health & safety hazards, fire risks, security breaches, or suspicious activity.

Maintain constant vigilance during the assigned shift to ensure resident safety and property protection.
Incident Reporting & Escalation
- Identify and immediately report emergencies such as:
- Fire risks
- Health and safety hazards
- Security breaches
- Property damage
- Anti-social behaviour
- Escalate urgent incidents to the Head of Services or designated UK operational contacts in line with escalation procedures.
- Maintain a detailed incident log and monitoring records.
Shift Reporting & Handover
- Produce a comprehensive shift report summarising:
- Incidents observed
- Actions taken
- Any ongoing concerns
- Conduct a structured handover briefing to the incoming operator at the end of each shift to ensure continuous monitoring.
Compliance & Safety Monitoring
- Monitor for issues relating to:
- Fire safety risks
- Blocked fire exits
- Health and safety hazards in communal areas
- Unauthorised access to buildings
- Ensure all incidents are recorded accurately to support compliance and property management processes.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain monitoring logs and daily reports.
- Ensure accurate time-stamped records of incidents.
- Assist in preparing reports for property management and compliance teams.
Ad Hoc Duties
- Carry out additional CCTV monitoring tasks as required by the UK operations team.
- Support investigations by providing relevant footage or reports when requested.
- Assist with reviewing recorded footage when incidents are reported retrospectively.

Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance, or monitoring roles.
