We are looking for a meticulous and trustworthy Bookkeeping & Finance Assistant to help manage growing financial operations. You’ll be responsible for organizing records, reconciling accounts, and supporting reporting processes that are crucial to the smooth running of our projects and partnerships.

POTENTIAL TASKS
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Record and categorize all income and expenses
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts monthly
- Manage digital invoices, receipts, and payment logs
- Maintain Google Drive files and accounting software entries (QuickBooks/Xero)
Reporting & Analysis
- Support the preparation of balance sheets and cash flow summaries
- Assist with reports for accountants and project leads
- Track project budgets and flag discrepancies or unusual expenses
Tools & Admin
- Use Google Sheets/Excel for financial tracking and forecasting
- Communicate updates via Slack or WhatsApp
- Optional: support payroll or contractor payment tracking
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- At least 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
- Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

- Previous remote or freelance finance work
