Sales & Outreach

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective UK clients
• Conduct discovery calls and present services confidently
• Build relationships and convert leads into customers
• Maintain call logs, notes, and CRM records (training provided)

Lead Generation

• Work from a provided lead list to start
• Take initiative to research and generate new leads
• Use LinkedIn and email as secondary outreach channels
• Suggest new angles or campaigns to improve lead quality

Sales Strategy & Process Contribution

• Help define and document sales and CRM workflows
• Collaborate with leadership to track progress toward KPIs
• Suggest improvements in messaging and targeting
• Offer insights based on conversations and conversion data

Marketing Collaboration (Bonus)

• Assist with paid ad campaigns, social media outreach, or basic funnel setup (optional)
• Coordinate messaging between sales and marketing efforts
• Collaborate on ideas for email marketing or lead magnets

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

• At least 2 years in B2B sales or lead generation (or 1 year at a large corporate)
• Exceptional spoken English with clear, confident delivery
• Cold calling experience with proven ability to engage and convert
• Proactive, self-motivated, and takes initiative
  High energy, resilient, and goal-oriented
• Organized and able to manage pipeline without hand-holding
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and social media campaigns
• Prior exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
• Background in real estate, property management, or interior design
• Knowledge of the UK property market is a strong plus
