POTENTIAL TASKS

• Build, test, and maintain workflows in n8n; connect tools via APIs and webhooks; implement retries/error handling; monitor and troubleshoot runs; extend with custom nodes or scripts when needed.
• Write or adapt simple JavaScript or Python snippets to transform data, call APIs, and enhance workflow logic.
• Use Metabase to build reports/dashboards; answer business questions via GUI and basic SQL; perform QA on data pipelines and outputs.
• Use tools like Clay to validate, clean, and enrich data used across operations.
• Support payment processing, invoicing, and collections workflows; assist with reconciliations and reporting as required.
• Maintain clear documentation for workflows and integrations; identify inefficiencies; propose and implement automation/process improvements; handle ad-hoc operations tasks.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier/Make or similar).
  
• Strong Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, pivots, data cleaning).
  
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and SaaS data flows.
  
• Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript; ability to interpret simple Python or similar scripts.
  
• Clear written and verbal communication; fast learner of new tools.
