We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Airbnb Operations VA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for guests while ensuring client's properties run smoothly behind the scenes—from coordinating cleaners to resolving maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. Rate:

⭐ 4 GBP per hour

We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever.

You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way.

POTENTIAL TASKS

  • Respond to guest messages quickly and professionally

  • Handle guest inquiries before, during, and after stays

  • Coordinate check-ins and check-out communications

  • Encourage and manage guest reviews

  • Monitor and update Airbnb systems and calendars

  • Organize cleaning teams between guest stays

  • Review cleanliness standards and flag issues

  • Coordinate and follow up on maintenance issues

  • Liaise with contractors and service providers

  • Assist with pricing discussions and adjustments

  • Ensure listings and operations run smoothly

  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Proven Airbnb / short-term rental operations experience

  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure

  • High attention to detail

  • Experience managing cleaning and maintenance coordination

  • Comfortable using Airbnb or STR management systems

  • Flexible availability for urgent guest matters

  • No other active jobs (availability is required for a 24/7 hospitality business)

  • Reliable internet and work setup
