The IT and Data Analyst is responsible for providing reliable remote IT support, maintaining system security, supporting data analysis, and ensuring compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards. This role also involves website development, the use of Quality Compliance Systems (QCS), and delivering actionable insights through Power BI to support business decision-making.

⭐ 9am to 5pm UK / 5 PM – 1 AM Manila time Mondays to Fridays

Rate:

⭐ 5 GBP per hour

POTENTIAL TASKS

  • Develop and maintain IT procedures and disaster recovery plans to safeguard the company against cybersecurity threats and system outages.

  • Provide remote technical support to staff, including troubleshooting laptop issues, company email concerns, and other IT-related matters.

  • Monitor the security of company systems and promptly escalate potential risks or breaches.

  • Set up, manage, and maintain user accounts, email configurations, and software installations remotely.

  • Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, system access, and support requests.

  • Support the onboarding of new employees by ensuring all required IT access and tools are in place.

  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, data protection standards, and Quality Compliance Systems (QCS).

  • Develop, maintain, and support company websites.

  • Create, manage, and analyze dashboards and reports using Power BI.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar virtual IT assistant role.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) or similar digital policy platforms.
  • Strong skills in website development and maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, remote troubleshooting, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Knowledgeable with remote tools and platforms such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be consistently available during assigned working hours.
  • A degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field is preferred but not required.
