We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic person to support the marketing department in planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns and ​initiatives.
Work Hours:

⭐ Full-time
⭐ 40 hours per week
⭐ UK hours 
⭐ ​​3.39 GBP per hour (increased to £3.73 after probation)


  • Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to execute on Marketing activity across the business. 
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, digital advertising, and content marketing. This includes creating content, scheduling posts, monitoring campaign performance, and generating reports. 
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blogs, emails, and website copy. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment. 
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, 
  • preferences, and market trends. Analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics. 
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, such as webinars, and product launches. Assist with logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up. 
  • Digital Marketing: Assist in managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Monitor and report on campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve results. 
  • Reporting: collating and evaluating data, creating reports to review the success of campaigns. 
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

  • 2 years prior experience in Digital Marketing 
  • Experience of running social media advertising campaigns 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Good IT skills and experience to use systems such as MS Office, CRM and Asana. 
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
