POTENTIAL TASKS
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality social media content consistently across platforms.
- Produce, repurpose, and optimize content to support marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and YouTube with quick turnaround times.
- Utilize AI tools to generate content ideas, captions, posts, and marketing materials efficiently.
- Monitor social media trends and create timely, relevant content opportunities.
- Engage with target audiences through comments, discussions, and community-building activities.
- Execute LinkedIn, email, and introducer outreach campaigns while maintaining accurate tracking records.
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Track content and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Proven experience in social media management for service-based businesses.
- Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts, supported by portfolios, case studies, or measurable results.
- Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation and workflow efficiency.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills, with samples of YouTube or social media video work.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements.
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, and automation platforms such as GoHighLevel (preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, process-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
