We are looking for an AI Video Editor / Creator to produce short-form, AI-generated videos for education, storytelling, and marketing. This role does not involve traditional filming or manual video editing. Instead, you will use AI tools to create visual narratives based on provided scripts and concepts.
You will work closely with the internal team to turn ideas into engaging visual content that explains health concepts clearly and creatively.

POTENTIAL TASKS
🎬 AI Video Creation & Editing
- Create short educational videos using AI video tools
- Generate animated or visual explainer-style content
- Produce cartoon-style or illustrative video sequences
- Assemble final videos based on provided scripts and concepts
🧠 Creative Interpretation & Visualization
- Translate health and wellness concepts into visual narratives
- Suggest visual approaches for explaining complex topics
- Improve clarity and engagement through pacing and visuals
- Adapt content style to match brand tone and values
🤖 AI Tools & Platform Usage
- Work primarily with HeyGen for AI video creation
- Use Hicksfield to access and test multiple AI video tools
- Experiment with emerging platforms (e.g., Sora, Veo, etc.)
- Recommend new tools or workflows when appropriate
📝 Script-Based Production Support
- Follow scripts and creative briefs provided by the team
- Adjust visuals to align with messaging goals
- Ensure consistency across multiple video outputs
- Collaborate on revisions and improvements
📊 Quality Control & Iteration
- Review videos for clarity, accuracy, and polish
- Make revisions based on internal feedback
- Maintain consistent visual standards
- Optimize outputs for social and digital platforms
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Hands-on experience creating videos using AI tools
- Comfort working without raw footage or live filming
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills
- Ability to follow scripts while adding thoughtful visual flair
- Willingness to experiment with new AI platforms
Preferred but not required:
- Prior work with HeyGen, Hicksfield, or similar AI tools
- Background in educational, explainer, or concept-based videos
- Experience working in health, wellness, or education content
- Familiarity with short-form video formats
- Experience working as an internal team member rather than agency-side
