We are seeking a confident, clear-English telesales VA to manage warm lead conversations and convert them into booked vehicle viewings. This role is phone-first: you will handle inbound enquiries and outbound follow-ups, qualify basic customer intent, communicate car basics (mileage/service/spec), and keep the pipeline organised in the CRM/spreadsheet so bookings don’t slip.

POTENTIAL TASKS
- Answer/return incoming calls promptly; respond to enquiries with a professional tone; capture key details and next steps.
- Call back form fills/missed calls; follow up on prior enquiries; confirm interest and move prospects to a viewing booking.
- Speak confidently about basics (mileage, service history, spec highlights) using provided info; escalate deeper questions when needed.
- Maintain accurate notes, outcomes, and appointment details; update lead status; track daily activity and results.
- Handle questions calmly; manage objections professionally; keep conversations helpful and efficient.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Clear, confident, neutral enough for UK customers; strong listening and comprehension.
- Comfortable with high call volume; persuasive but not pushy; handles objections calmly.
- Proven ability to convert warm enquiries into booked appointments and follow through to confirmation.
- Familiar with common terms (mileage, service, spec); able to learn fast and speak naturally about vehicles.
- Reliable CRM/spreadsheet updating, clean note-taking, consistent tracking.
- Proactive follow-up, organised, target-driven, dependable with minimal handholding.
