We are looking for a Specialist Social Media & Podcast VA to manage content creation, video editing, and podcast handling across multiple platforms. This role requires strong awareness of the UK property market and the ability to produce content that feels authentic, relevant, and locally accurate - not generic or US-style.

Work Hours:

Rate:

⭐5 GBP per hour

POTENTIAL TASKS

Social Media Content Creation

  • Create UK-relevant social media posts for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Research and suggest content topics tied to UK property trends (e.g. Rent Reform Act)
  • Ensure all visuals and messaging reflect the UK market (no US-style imagery)
  • Write captions aligned with brand tone and platform best practices

Video Editing & Repurposing

  • Edit short-form videos for social media platforms
  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging clips
  • Apply basic subtitles, formatting, and visual polish
  • Use personal professional editing tools (Adobe, CapCut, etc.)

Podcast Management

  • Manage podcast-related content and clips
  • Assist with podcast repurposing using tools such as Opus (or similar)
  • Prepare podcast assets for publishing and promotion
  • Coordinate podcast content distribution across platforms

Trend Monitoring & Content Alignment

  • Monitor current UK property trends and social conversations
  • Suggest timely content ideas aligned with industry news
  • Adapt content style based on platform performance and engagement
  • Support light analytics review to inform improvements

Tools & Workflow Collaboration

  • Work with Canva for graphics and layouts
  • Collaborate via WhatsApp, Trello, Teams, Zoom, or Slack
  • Assist in adopting scheduling tools (Meta, Buffer, Hootsuite if implemented)
  • Liaise with internal team during transition period

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Strong social media and content creation background
  • Confident video editing skills using personal tools
  • Clear understanding of UK market tone and audience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proactive, trend-aware, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

  • Property, real estate, or housing-related content experience
  • Managing TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts
  • Podcast editing or repurposing experience
  • Experience working with UK-based clients
  • Familiarity with scheduling or content management tools
