You will support the strategic and operational setup of a new digital brand by managing cross-platform content, engaging with a high-level audience, and ensuring smooth delivery of services through Kajabi and other tools.

POTENTIAL TASKS
- Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms
- Create tailored content for medical professionals and researchers
- Engage professionally with followers and medical communities
- Research content ideas and potential collaborators
- Assist with podcast setup, publishing, and promotion
- Upload and organize content in Kajabi
- Provide Kajabi platform support and tech troubleshooting
- Help streamline business operations and backend systems
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Experienced Kajabi VA: Confident in Kajabi setup, automation, and management (not entry-level).
- Independent & Reliable: Works autonomously with minimal follow-up, proactive in task management.
- Excellent Written English: Strong attention to detail, professional tone, especially for medical audiences.
- Content & social media Skills: Creates engaging content and manages social media effectively.
- Research Ability: Comfortable researching and summarizing academic/medical topics.
- Organized Multi-Tasker: Efficient at juggling multiple projects and staying organized.
- Tech-Savvy & Self-Motivated: Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
- Bonus: Experience with startups or online educators is a plus.
