We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media & Content Creation Specialist to manage, edit, and publish high-quality video and graphic content across multiple platforms. This is a full-time role with potential for long-term growth.

POTENTIAL TASKS
Social Media & Content Management
- Schedule and post up to 50 social media pieces weekly across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Take full ownership of the content workflow: from asset collection to publishing and post engagement
- Respond to basic comments and direct viewers to booking links or waitlist forms
- Maintain and update the content calendar
Video Editing & Reels
- Edit short-form videos into engaging reels with captions, effects, music, and transitions
- Repurpose long-form podcast/video content into multiple short clips
- Edit YouTube content to a high standard (preferred)
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual media
Graphic Design & Thumbnails
- Create eye-catching thumbnails for videos and social posts
- Design graphic assets in Canva (or similar tools like Photoshop/Illustrator if preferred)
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the founder’s daughter during the training phase
- Maintain communication for feedback, alignments, and content goals
- Track and deliver assignments with consistency and high quality
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Proven experience in managing social media for brands (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut preferred; Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc. acceptable)
- Graphic design proficiency (Canva preferred; open to Photoshop or Illustrator)
- Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Hopper HQ, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and confident communication
- Able to work independently but open to feedback
- Willingness to be trained and contribute to long-term growth
Nice to have:
- Experience presenting on Zoom or conducting training demos
- Background in digital coaching or online education spaces
