We are seeking a proactive, creative, and strategically minded Digital Marketing & Outreach Support to support email marketing, social media, and lead outreach efforts. This is not an entry-level role - we’re looking for someone who understands marketing flows, can independently manage campaigns, and take initiative to improve visibility across digital channels.

POTENTIAL TASKS
Social Media & Content
- Draft and schedule posts across LinkedIn and Facebook (potentially Instagram in the future)
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Design branded visuals using Canva (or other tools)
- Collaborate with CEO for captions, concepts, and campaign direction
- Write short posts or updates related to industry awareness (e.g., Nurses Week, Alzheimer's Month)
Email Marketing & Communication
- Build and send email campaigns via MailChimp (or other platforms)
- Manage contact lists and segment by location or service
- Draft standardized follow-ups for leads or post-visit outreach
- Sync email timing with social campaigns and events
- Develop automated email flows in collaboration with the team
Lead Tracking & CRM
- Maintain contact database via MailChimp or monday.com
- Upload new leads from site visits or conferences
- Tag contacts and track touchpoints
- Prepare basic follow-ups and reminders for Naomi
Event & Conference Support
- Help coordinate booth/event logistics (flyers, media, shipping)
- Prepare recap content for socials and newsletters
- Assist with follow-ups and outreach after events
Analytics & Strategy
- Track engagement across emails and socials
- Identify trends in the assisted living space
- Suggest improvements based on competitor research
- Summarize monthly performance (growth, engagement, CTRs, etc.)
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Strong experience in social media management, especially for B2B or healthcare-related audiences
- Proficiency in email marketing (MailChimp preferred) and campaign flow logic
- Graphic design skills using Canva (or similar tools)
- Basic video editing (any software is fine)
- CRM familiarity (monday.com preferred but not required)
- Ability to take initiative and offer creative suggestions
- Strategic thinking with attention to content relevance
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
Preferred But Not Required:
- Experience working with healthcare or assisted living industries
- Knowledge of medical or compliance terminology
- Familiarity with Google Business, HubSpot, Airtable, or other marketing tools
