As a Finance Manager VA, you’ll play a key role in managing essential financial operations, enabling the owner of an accountancy firm to focus more on consultancy and strategic growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled finance professional to join a forward-thinking business in a flexible, virtual role. While training will be provided to bridge any knowledge gaps, you must demonstrate a solid foundation in finance and accounting.

POTENTIAL TASKS
- Lead month-end close processes
- Prepare and review management accounts
- Provide clear, insightful financial narratives
- Liaise with bookkeepers to ensure accuracy
- Update and monitor daily cash balances
- Support cashflow management & forecasting
- Assist in budgeting and performance tracking
- Review UK VAT returns for accuracy
- Manage monthly payrolls (UK & US)
- Oversee A/P and A/R processes
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

5+ years in finance/accounting

CPA (or equivalent) qualification

UK and/or US accounting experience

Exceptional accuracy & attention to detail

Strong financial acumen, proven track record
