Work with a trendy and environmentally friendly jewelry brand designed for those who want to feel confident, international,colorful, and carefree. We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and go-getter VA to help client expand their social presence, by helping to create engaging content, and drive traffic to their website.
Work Hours:
⭐ Part-time
⭐ Flexible but overlapping Eastern Time and Istanbul Hours
Rate:
⭐$6 USD per hour
POTENTIAL TASKS
- Grow the brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Meta platforms
- Drive website clicks and conversions through strong CTAs, link-in-bio strategies, and smart post timing
- Suggest monthly content ideas or mini-campaigns
- Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, product demos, UGC-style content)
- Use AI tools and templates (CapCut, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.) to create creative visuals, captions, and voiceover-style videos
- Stay on top of current trends, audios, hashtags, and challenges relevant to Gen Z and Millennial audiences
- Engage with comments and DMs in brand voice
- Report on growth, engagement, and traffic weekly
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Proven experience managing or growing social media for brands
- Strong video editing skills using mobile-friendly tools (CapCut, VN, etc.)
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up creative content
- Knows how to speak to a 15–40 female-skewed audience (fun, feminine, vibrant)
- Self-driven, independent worker who takes initiative
- Excellent written English
- Have experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Pinterest strategy
- Have worked in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands before
- Have a knack for UGC-style content and influencer marketing
- Know how to make product videos that feel native to social media
