This is a hands-on marketing role for an experienced Marketing Executive, with or without a background in recruitment or healthcare. You’ll be responsible for planning and running digital campaigns across the company’s website and social media, helping attract doctors to NHS roles. With support from the company directors, you’ll have the freedom to manage your time, work independently, and use your creativity to grow the company’s presence. The role includes commission for successful campaigns and offers a great opportunity to shape the company’s marketing strategy while building your own career.

POTENTIAL TASKS
- Plan and run lead generation campaigns with the sales team
- Use customer and market insights to improve outreach and attract better-quality leads
- Develop and manage content focused on international medical graduates (IMGs), including blog and social media planning
- Take initiative to build and improve campaigns to maintain consistent performance
- Keep social media channels active through regular posting, scheduling, and responding to engagement
- Manage Facebook groups by sharing blogs, job posts, and human-focused team content to support the brand
- Review inbound candidate registrations daily and refer strong profiles to the recruitment team
- Coordinate email campaigns and support SEO improvements
- Write clear, well-researched blogs on UK healthcare, registration, exams, and NHS careers that require minimal editing after onboarding
- Create content for blogs, emails, social media, welcome packs, and aftercare materials
- Design visual content using Canva and Shutterstock in line with branding guidelines
- Recommend ways to improve image use and overall visual branding
- Assist in producing video and audio content with external support if needed
- Maintain the CRM and mailing lists, including new registrations, opt-outs, bounce backs, and candidate pipelines
- Respond to messages and questions from doctors on social media
- Build relationships with the GMC, Royal Colleges, and similar partners
- Stay current on updates related to registration processes, qualification recognition, and Home Office guidance
- Monitor and report on campaign and engagement performance across all platforms
- Provide regular updates on analytics including Google, PPC, and social media
- Use insights and trends to adjust strategies and improve results
- A solid understanding of Google Analytics and SEO is essential
- Manage campaign budgets independently while meeting marketing objectives

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
