POTENTIAL TASKS
Marketing Coordination
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Brevo, including copy, design, and scheduling
- Build and maintain lead generation funnels, including lead magnets, automated email sequences, and drip campaigns.
- Plan, schedule, and repurpose social media content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
- Design graphics and visuals in Canva for digital campaigns and sales assets.
- Manage the website, update content, and set up new landing pages
Sales Support
- Source and qualify new leads using Apollo and other outbound tools.
- Manage cold outreach via LinkedIn and email, tracking performance and responses.
- Coordinate and schedule sales calls between prospects and the Sales Manager.
- Set up call notes for the Sales Manager.
- Create proposals for prospects after sales calls.
- Bid on relevant projects across platforms (e.g., Upwork) to support inbound lead flow.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
- Has experience working with US clients
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing VA or similar role
- Must speak and write fluent English
- Ideally has experience with: ClickUp, Canva, Brevo, Apollo, Sprout Social, Wix
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
