This is a remote specialist VA role focused on funnel building. The role involves supporting the design, setup, and maintenance of sales funnels. While training will be provided, a basic working knowledge of funnel platforms is required. The role may also include light AI tool use and minimal social media-related tasks.

POTENTIAL TASKS

Funnel Building

  • Assist with the creation, testing, and optimization of sales funnels using platforms such as FG Funnels, ClickFunnels, or similar tools.

Page Creation

  • Build and edit landing pages, opt-in pages, checkout pages, and thank-you pages.

Automation Setup

  • Support email automation workflows, tag setup, and CRM integration.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor funnel metrics, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.

AI Support

  • Use AI tools to generate content for pages or email flows as needed.

Light Social Tasks

  • Occasionally assist with uploading content or checking links on social media if required.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Working knowledge of funnel platforms (e.g., FG Funnels, ClickFunnels, GHL)
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new platforms quickly
  • Able to take ownership of assigned projects and suggest improvements
  • Clear written communication and ability to follow instructions
  • Detail-oriented, can manage tasks across multiple platforms
  • Comfortable working part-time hours with overlap in UK time and scaling up to full-time soon
  • Willing to learn and grow into a long-term role with increasing responsibility
