We are hiring a Cold-Calling Specialist to support outbound sales efforts across AI-powered learning platforms. This role is highly execution-focused and is not entry-level. You will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls, following structured scripts, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings directly into sales calendars.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, understands B2B conversations, and can operate dialers, CRMs, and calendars with precision.

POTENTIAL TASKS

📞 Cold Calling & Outreach

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls using parallel dialers
  • Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Maintain energy, clarity, and consistency across daily call blocks

📅 Appointment Setting & Diary Management

  • Book qualified meetings directly into sales calendars
  • Ensure meetings are scheduled accurately with correct time zones
  • Confirm availability and manage reschedules where needed
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date calendar records

📊 CRM & Lead Processing

  • Update lead statuses accurately in CRM systems
  • Log call outcomes, notes, and next steps
  • Manage lead lists via Google Sheets, Pipedrive, or similar tools
  • Flag unqualified or incorrect data promptly

📋 Script Adherence & Optimization

  • Follow approved call scripts and qualification criteria
  • Provide feedback on script effectiveness
  • Identify patterns in objections or responses
  • Support refinements to improve booking rates

📈 Performance & Consistency

  • Hit daily call and booking activity targets
  • Maintain call quality alongside volume
  • Communicate blockers or data issues early
  • Work closely with sales leadership for alignment

SKILLS/EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

  • Clear, neutral to strong US accent
  • Minimum 2 years of cold-calling experience
  • Confidence handling live objections and gatekeepers
  • Experience using parallel dialers
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable working full-time in out-of-hours shifts
  • Reliable, disciplined, and metrics-driven

Preferred But Not Required:

  • CRM experience (Pipedrive, Google Sheet, HubSpot or Salesforce a plus)
  • Experience booking meetings for B2B SaaS or services
  • Calendar management experience across time zones
  • Prior work in high-volume outbound sales environments
  • Background selling into L&D, HR, Education, or LMS-related industries (nice to have)
