Work with a young, fun, dynamic team. We need your help at weekends! Perfect for a student or someone with part time work/life commitments. NO graveyard shift hours!
Minimum time commitment – 16 hours a week at weekends (potentially could be 2 days or 4 half days during the week if that works for you better) plus attending a weekly team meeting once a week so you can bond with the team and understand more about what’s happening in the business.
Maximum time commitment – we are also looking for full time candidates for this role who are able to commit 40 hours a week ($600 USD+ monthly)
TASKS
Your Primary Tasks
- Helping us filter candidate applications as we’re a growing business and always hiring/looking for talent.
- Assisting with shortlisting the candidates who shine the most.
- Facilitating with setting up interviews.
- Potentially interviewing the candidates if you can demonstrate to us that you have great people/interviewing/assessment skills.
- Internet research and data scraping
Potential Additional Tasks
As a rapidly growing business there is SO MUCH to do. The exciting aspect of this is you could get involved in almost any area of the business from social media/writing copy/content creation and repurposing through to maintaining/creating dashboards, helping improve systems/processes etc. If you have great people skills you could progress in our Client Services team.
